I'm a mom, a wife, an avid outdoor enthusiast with a big passion for hunting big game. My second passion is to turn something from mediocre to beautiful.
I grew up in Vale, Oregon and love raising our kids in our hometown. In 2017 my husband (Lucas) and I (Hillary) bought my parents farm. Since then we have been transforming it into our little slice of paradise.
Lucas and I have been married since 2010. We have 4 kids and a bonus baby that we were lucky enough to raise for 3 years. We were married in a little town in the mountains due to lack of venue options near Vale. We loved the simplicity of where we got married. That simplicity is what we want to bring to our venue. I am always looking to make things look better than when I first lay eyes on it, and this is where my vision for our venue came from… to make it simply better! Somewhere where the view is the centerpiece.
About Me:
In 2023 my baby brother was married here at Acre Bliss. At this point in time we never thought about doing this as a business! We hosted the wedding and received so many compliments on the view and how pretty it was, and how it was so nice to have something local as an option.
Since then our wheels have been turning.
We have wanted to start a business for a while now. All while hearing my grandpa's voice say, "you can't wait for opportunities; you have to go make the opportunity!" So, we took the leap and Acre Bliss bloomed into what it is now!
